Virginie brings over three decades of private equity leadership, including her tenure as CEO of Eurazeo, where she oversaw €35 billion in assets under management. She co-founded Ardabelle Capital to channel her conviction that the Scope 3 transition represents the defining investment opportunity of the decade. Her network across European and global institutions anchors Ardabelle's access to top-tier deal flow and strategic partnerships.

Cara Kennedy-Cuomo

Founding Partner

Cara leads Ardabelle's investor relations and strategic partnerships, drawing on extensive experience at the intersection of finance, sustainability policy, and transatlantic deal-making. She has advised major consumer corporations and governmental bodies on ESG strategy and capital allocation frameworks. Eric Hazan
